Our Pre K classroom is funded through the Alabama Department of Education. It is organized around interest areas and learning centers. These areas allow children to play and explore materials with the guidance of teachers either individually or in small groups. The teacher follows the Creative Curriculum and the classroom has a set daily schedule that balances out large group, center time, outside play, story time, rest time, and small group time.
This classroom provides great explorations for busy toddlers with a developed schedule to satisfy their curiosity about the world around them. It includes a balance assortment of active activities, creative moments, sensory experiments, and quiet moments throughout the day. The toddler classroom provides a secure and dependable setting where warmth and nurturing abounds.
The classroom provides a warm, nurturing environment where each baby is special and are encouraged to explore and develop new skills at their own pace. Equipment and toys are safe and age appropriate. The room arrangements satisfy individual needs by allowing space for eating, sleeping, and playing.
